Before founding Veteran Bat Company, Nick Reed earned his stripes serving our country as a U.S. Army gunner in Iraq. In February 2016, Nick turned his first bat by hand, igniting a passion that led to the birth of Veteran Bat Company. Today, our fully-automated process crafts a new bat in just under four minutes. However, we never compromise on quality. Each bat is meticulously finished by hand and undergoes a thorough inspection by Nick himself before it ever leaves our factory.

The American Dream, Crafted in Oklahoma

Nick and his wife, Melissa, along with their three beautiful girls, live out their American Dream in Comanche, Oklahoma. It's here that the passion for excellence and commitment to quality craftsmanship define the heart of Veteran Sports. Likewise, Trey, his wife, Kindra, and their two boys call Washington, Oklahoma, home. Both families embody the spirit of our brand and the values we hold dear.

Trey Palacol, a standout college baseball player and professional softball champion, brings his extensive experience to the Veteran Sports team. As a college player, Trey led his team in home runs and RBI, earning accolades as a true power hitter. Throughout his professional career, Trey's multiple All-American titles and three-time home run championships at national tournaments have solidified his reputation as a force to be reckoned with. With Trey's expertise, we strive to offer products that meet the demands of both professional athletes and aspiring players.
