Returns & Refunds

Because we create custom items, we only replace or exchange items on a case-by-case basis. Claims will be assessed and processed at the discretion of Veteran Sports. If you need to submit a warranty claim send us a message here with details.

If your item was damaged or defective upon arrival or an option error was made on our part, we will replace your item. However, if an option error was made by you, the item cannot be replaced or refunded. Please double check the options you input for custom orders at checkout.

Gift cards are Non-returnable.

If you are not satisfied with your custom order, please notify us through our Contact Us form and explain the reason. Please note that some painting options are not all the same and might vary slightly from pictures shown. Examples – splatter paint, flame temper dark/light variances.

Late / Missing Funds

If you qualify for a refund but have not received your refund in 7 -10 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
