- Do you offer a warranty on your bats?
Our bats are made from the highest-quality yellow birch wood, and are designed to withstand the rigors of normal game play. Because we believe our bats are made to last, we offer a 30-day warranty on all our bats.
- Do you offer free shipping?
Any order that is above 200 USD will be eligible for free shipping to a continental US address only (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
- What can I engrave on my customized bat?
Veteran Bat Company allows you to engrave up to 2 lines of text (35 characters maximum) and a logo on customized bats. However, we won't engrave any trademarks, professional players names, or any offensive words.
- I ordered online, when can I expect my order to be delivered?
If you ordered a Custom bat, please allow 2 to 3 weeks before our bat makers are able to handcraft your bat. If you only ordered products that we have in stock, we will be able to ship within 3-5 business days. Orders received after 2 PM won't be processed until the next business day.
- Do you offer bats for young players?
Yes, we offer bats as small as 25 inches and as light as 22 ounces.
- Do you sponsor teams, leagues or tournaments?
We have a very limited marketing/sponsorship budget, and with it, we try to support baseball organizations by providing products. Send us your sponsorship requests at our Customer Support.
- Do you make promotional items for businesses or events?
Yes, we can customize regular-size or miniature trophy bats to be given as promotional items, corporate gifts or even trophies and awards.

- Do you offer custom gloves?

- How long does it take to receive my custom glove?
The production time for a custom glove is typically 6-8 weeks. This does not include shipping time, which may vary based on your location.
- Can I return or exchange my custom glove?
Due to the personalized nature of custom gloves, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in the materials or workmanship.
- What materials are your custom gloves made of?
Our custom gloves are made of high-quality steerhide leather for durability and comfort. We also offer options for kip leather, which is a premium, lightweight, and tightly-grained leather.
- Can I order a custom glove for a left-handed player?
Yes, we offer custom gloves for both left-handed and right-handed players. You can specify your preference when placing your order.
- How should I care for my custom glove?
Proper care can significantly extend the life of your glove. After each use, wipe off any dirt and apply a small amount of glove conditioner to keep the leather supple. Store your glove in a cool, dry place and avoid leaving it in extreme heat or cold.
- Do you offer youth sizes for custom gloves?

- Can I order a custom catcher's mitt?
Yes, we offer custom options for catcher's mitts. You can customize the size, pocket depth, and other features to suit your specific needs.
- How do I know what size glove I should order?
Glove size depends on the position you play and personal preference. Infielders typically use smaller gloves for better control, while outfielders use larger gloves for more reach. You can contact our Customer Support for guidance on choosing the right size.
- Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Once an order for a custom glove has been placed, it cannot be changed. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
- Do custom gloves come with a warranty?
Yes, all our custom gloves come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
- Can I order a custom glove as a gift?
Yes, custom gloves make great gifts. When placing your order, you can even choose to have it delivered directly to the recipient.

Shipping & Tracking
Our Promise
We'll work diligently to have your order filled and shipped out as early as possible. Your satisfaction is our motivation, and we want to get you your purchases to you as quickly as we can.
- All orders are processed upon receipt.
- We kindly ask that you allow up to 14-21 business days for processing and filling your order as your product is custom made, packaged and shipped.
- Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for weekends, holidays or non-business days.
- Packages are shipped in the order they are received.
Standard Shipping
- Standard shipping is based on weight of each package.
- Shipping carriers most often used is UPS – USPS – Fed EX
- Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday
- All orders received after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day
Shipping Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully! Veteran Sports reserves the right to
make corrections if an address error is made. If the address is deemed undeliverable, it will have to be corrected and resent at the customers expense.
International Shipping
We do not ship our products internationally. We’ll proudly ship to all 50 states in the USA.
Order Tracking
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-
mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 14-21 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in the email.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be processed the following business day. Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following US holidays:

Returns & Refunds
Because we create custom items, we only replace or exchange items on a case-by-case basis. Claims will be assessed and processed at the discretion of Veteran Sports. If you need to submit a warranty claim send us a message here with details.
If your item was damaged or defective upon arrival or an option error was made on our part, we will replace your item. However, if an option error was made by you, the item cannot be replaced or refunded. Please double check the options you input for custom orders at checkout.
Gift cards are Non-returnable.
If you are not satisfied with your custom order, please notify us through our Contact Us form and explain the reason. Please note that some painting options are not all the same and might vary slightly from pictures shown. Examples – splatter paint, flame temper dark/light variances.
Late / Missing Funds
If you qualify for a refund but have not received your refund in 7 -10 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
